How do I know what I have to do right now in a tournament?
The operating bar is your main reference. The current status, the timer and the next action tell you whether to publish, open, create a round, start it, review it or close the tournament.
What happens if I mark someone as absent before starting the round?
Depends on the chosen configuration. With Continue Round, the table is preserved and the affected tables die by absence. With Reset Round, the system removes the absentees from the block and redoes that round before releasing the game.
When should I edit from lists and when to go into detail?
List is best for comparing, selecting and applying bulk actions. The detail is convenient when you need a finer reading, review chronology, understand a specific table or use tools that do not live in the list.
How do I prevent a sports correction from becoming visual chaos?
Use the administrative bar, inline editing where available, and grouped context menus. The platform tries to ensure that the correction follows the same visual language as the rest of the tournament so as not to break the general reading.
Why does the platform sometimes internally readjust the times of a match when I correct the points?
Because correcting marker is not the same as reconstructing the exact history of each annotation. If the system detects that the new hands would have a disproportionate chronology for a normal table, it normalizes those times to keep the match coherent and readable. The result is preserved; what is recomposed is the operational chronology.
What do I do if the actual event time no longer matches the plan?
You can intervene manually without fighting the system. The automation sets a suggested pace, but does not replace the administrator's judgment when the tournament requires another speed.
When is it appropriate to recalculate historical chronology?
When you need to reconstruct a coherent time sequence from an actual start date, both in tournaments and in standalone sessions. It is a tool to organize the history of the event, not to rewrite its sporting logic.
What do I check if a round doesn't end up cocking correctly?
Review format, grouping, order criteria, actual availability of competitors and any specific team or pairing restrictions. Many build issues do not come from the game, but from an impossible combination of rules and availability.
What role do sessions, seats and tables play when there is no tournament?
Independent sessions are suitable for lighter activity, but still require occupation discipline, verifications and match control. They are a practical option when the event does not require all the machinery of a formal tournament.
How can arbitration or control personnel be supported?
The platform helps read statuses, attendances, fouls, timeouts, results and active tables. Although not all staff have the same level of permission, the interface can serve as a support board for game control and issue verification.
Do the connections in my administrative profile represent the tournament or the club?
Not automatically. The administrative profile maintains its own social network. If you want to follow or request friendship on behalf of an organization, first activate the corresponding institutional profile.
How do I get help without losing operational context?
Use Help from the screen bar. Contextual recommendation preserves the path and can lead to the exact concept, procedure, or issue; then allows you to return to the work point.
When should I open a support request?
When the documentation does not explain or resolve a specific behavior of the tournament, round or match. Includes status, action taken, expected result, and steps to reproduce it.
