Help Center and Contextual Help
The Help Center is the editorial layer of Smartdomino. Its mission is to explain what a part of the system means, how a task is executed and what to check when faced with difficulty without turning each screen into a permanent block of instructions.
Three ways to query
Help Center
/help allows you to search by text, browse categories, and open individual related articles.
Complete manual
/help/manual offers a continuous reading with functional map perspectives, processes, paths by actor and resolution.
Contextual help
The Help button on the bar analyzes the current route and proposes concepts, tasks and warnings related to that screen.
How knowledge is organized
- Articles can be concepts, procedures, references, issues or frequently asked questions.
- Categories group the main topic and collections change the reading perspective without duplicating content.
- Each relevant subtitle has a stable marker to open exactly the recommended point.
- An article may include figures, related topics, revision date, and functional availability status.
- Contextual help can recommend multiple articles because one screen combines meaning, tasks, and possible issues.
