Independent sessions
Independent sessions are the light version of the competitive block. They are used when it is necessary to organize real activity with a table, players and matches, but without the entire structure of a complete tournament. They maintain traceability and own reading, although their operational load is lower.
When they fit best
- In a quick, informal or unstructured activity such as a full tournament.
- When you are interested in following matches and players without defining rounds, participants or a broad chronology.
- When the priority is to operate a table or a short game block with less bureaucracy.
What do they keep
- Reading status, active table and seats.
- Relationship with real competitive activity and subsequent monitoring.
- Ability to coexist with the rest of the platform without being isolated.
What happens when you finish
A terminated session is no longer treated as a free event to change anything. From that moment on, the platform protects it as a closed story and only leaves very specific editorial adjustments.
- The name can be corrected if the visible presentation requires it.
- You can adjust the location when the editorial reference was incomplete.
- The actual start can be corrected to better recalculate the historical chronology.
When is it necessary to reopen
If the organization needs to touch something actually operational, it must first reopen the session from its context menu. This is how editorial adjustments are separated from profound sporting changes.
- Reopen returns the session to a real operational phase.
- As long as the session is closed, its matches should not be reopened either.
- The idea is to protect coherence, traceability and historical reading of the event.
