The player needs a platform that feels close, fast and understandable. These are some of the most common questions from the competing side.
How do I know which identity I am acting from?
The active profile is the main reference. From it your activity, your rankings, your tournaments and your notifications are understood. If you have several profiles, it is advisable to review them before entering to compete or publish.
Where do I quickly get back to what's at stake?
Use Now. If your active profile has a relevant table, tournament, session or notice, it will appear before the menu by entities and will take you to the dynamic Home block with the most useful destinations.
How do I understand if the tournament has already started, if the round is playing or if we still have to wait?
The operating bar of the tournament and the round is your reference. Even if you don't have administrative permissions, it helps you read if the event is created, published, open, waiting for a round, playing, or in review.
Where do I see my results and my sports career?
Your profile, your ranking and the Mine scope within each listing are the basis. There you can follow recent activity, results, related posts and your general presence within the platform.
What do I do if I am invited to a tournament or a relationship with an organization?
Check your notifications and visible relationship status. An invitation is not the same as an already accepted participation or a confirmed attendance. Each step represents a different moment.
Why do I sometimes see an absence even though confirmation of attendance has not been discussed?
Because absence has real sporting value. Confirmation of attendance may or may not be visible, but when an absence has already been declared, the platform treats it as a relevant game issue.
Does following someone mean that we are already friends?
No. Following is immediate and unilateral; Friendship needs care and acceptance. You can maintain one relationship without the other. Query Profile social connections.
Where do I reply or cancel a friend request?
In your notifications or on your own wall, within Connections → Friend Requests. Received allows you to accept or reject; Sent allows you to cancel while it is still pending.
How do I find an answer or report a problem?
Use context-sensitive help or the Help Center first. If the behavior pertains to your account, profile, or event and remains unresolved, please create a private request in Support.
What can I see before I log in?
When the public facade is enabled you can explore profiles, tournaments, circuits, rankings and posts. To interact or play you must enter and activate a profile.
