When should I create the tournament and when to publish it?
Create is used to prepare. Publishing is used to make the event visible, open invitations or receive requests. It is advisable to publish when the general framework, times and round logic are already clear.
How do I manage my members without losing order?
Use My Members in the side menu or profile tab. If the organization can manage its community, it will see an administrative bar to invite, accept, reject or suspend relationships, always respecting the plan quota.
Why do some members or organizations not look the same to everyone?
Because the platform protects institutional reading. Administrators can view internal statuses such as pending or suspended; an external visitor should only see active third-party relationships.
When should I use templates or repeatable configurations?
When the event format is repeated frequently. Saving a proven round logic saves time and makes the sporting identity of the tournament more stable.
How do I make my activity have more visibility?
Combines well-presented tournaments, posts, sharing, rankings and good management of the institutional profile. The platform is not just an operation: it is also a public presence and club life.
Does the club share the personal connections of its owner?
No. The club is its own identity: it retains its followers, friendships, followed profiles and posts. Before connecting, activate the institutional profile so that the action is attributed to the club.
How can an organization build community from its wall?
You can follow players, teams or other organizations, respond to requests and publish public content or content aimed at followers. These relationships complement institutional memberships, but do not replace them.
What part of the organization does a visitor see?
Only the identity and activity declared public: name, biography, appropriate counters, circuits, tournaments and visible posts. Permissions, pending memberships, and account data remain private.
