Manage the platform from the console

This process describes the overall maintenance of Smartdomino. Its scope, actors and differences compared to the sports operation are explained in Platform administrative console.

Superadministration

Enter the console, review global indicators and execute platform changes with traceability and minimal scope.

Tournament Manager

Operate authorized events from your profile; does not maintain global accounts, plans or catalogs for the sole purpose of managing tournaments.

User or profile owner

Manage your own account and profiles from personal screens; you do not need the console for daily maintenance.

Login and choose the correct domain

  1. Sign in with an account that belongs to the super admin authorized group.
  2. Open /admin/frontend. If you do not have access, the platform does not show the console.
  3. Read the panels of Users and Profiles, Competitive Catalogs and Plans and Permissions.
  4. Use the counter as access to the set you need to review; the number represents the overall total, not just the first page.
  5. Before editing, confirm that the problem is with the global configuration and not with a specific tournament, session, round or match.

The Figure Administration 1 shows the panel that starts this tour.

Manage accounts and profiles

Accounts

  • Search by name or access and filter by activity, connection and email verification.
  • Review associated profiles and last active profile before intervening.
  • Activates, disables or manages verification only when there is a proven cause.
  • Use bulk actions only on a reviewed selection.

Profiles

  • Checks owner, type, country, activity and visible identifiers.
  • In read mode, it reviews effective data and permissions without modifying the registry.
  • In editing mode, adjust only the enabled fields and save before changing tabs.
  • Do not use the console to act socially on behalf of the profile.

Maintain plans and permissions

  1. Open Plans or Permissions from the administrative panel.
  2. Filter and sort the list; alternate between cards to orient yourself and list for comparison.
  3. In the details of a plan, review Type, Level and Periodicity, in addition to their permission and profile counters.
  4. Opens related tabs instead of leaving the console.
  5. If plan relationships change, synchronize the effective permissions of the affected profiles only when the change is validated.

Maintain competitive catalogs

Formats and groupings

They define how the universe is competed and divided before sorting or crossing. Changing them affects options reused by subsequent events.

Order criteria

Describe priority, tiebreakers, and sorting logic. Criteria used or resolved by system logic have special editing restrictions.

ELO and templates

ELO categories maintain ranges, reach and K-factor; round templates preserve reusable configurations for preparing events.

Apply changes safely

  • Read before editing: confirms the domain, the registry, and the relationships that depend on it.
  • Prefer one-time changes: uses bulk actions only when all selected records share the same decision.
  • Respect the modes: read query; editing enables administrative fields and bars; save consolidates the operation.
  • Check the result: returns to the detail or list and checks status, counters and relationships.
  • Do not replace the sports actor: a tournament issue must be resolved in the tournament flow as long as a specific tool exists.
Access Control: the console and all its internal access require the super administration group. For an unauthorized account, a page not found is a deliberate response that avoids revealing the existence of global tools; does not indicate that the Tournament Manager profile is incomplete.
