Navigate and return to context
This process focuses on how the experience changes depending on the identity with which the person enters and how the platform helps return to the correct work point without losing context.
Player
Activate your sports profile and use Now to return to your relevant table, tournament or session.
Organization
Activate the institutional profile and use Now to return to matches, tournaments or sessions organized by that identity.
Administrator
Activate your administrative profile and use Now to retrieve the pending operational level: round, tournament or session matches.
Use Now in Practice
- Checks the active profile. Now it is calculated with that identity and does not mix activities from other profiles of the same account.
- Search for Now at the beginning of the menu. It only appears if there is at least one relevant pending table, match, tournament, session or notification.
- Select it to open the Now block within Home. You can also go directly to Home and scroll to that block.
- Read the category and title of each card first; then use the text, status, or counter to decide which requires attention.
- Open the card. The system tries to take you to the most internal and useful point, not always to the general list of the entity.
- When you finish the task, return to Home or use Now again. Destinations and counters may change after closing a match, round, session or notice.
Use the Figure Navigation 1 to recognize the block and return to Now: personal and operational reengagement if you need to understand why your cards change depending on the role.
If the active profile is a player or competitor
My Table
- It is the first priority when the profile participates in an active match.
- Open the most recent table or the personal list if there are multiple destinations.
- The status or badge helps distinguish if it is in progress or ready to start.
Relevant tournament
- If one exists, you can open the personal details of the competitor within the tournament.
- You can remember that you need to confirm attendance or review the published status.
- If there are several, show a counter and open the related list.
Relevant session
- A single active session opens the player's personal details when available.
- Several sessions open the list of related sessions.
- The session is kept separate from the tournament and is not presented as a round.
If the profile manages or organizes
Last open event
My Matches in Progress opens the active matches of the last tournament or operational session under the responsibility of the profile. The counter represents the matches in that event, not all historical matches.
Tournament with current round
If the round is open or started, the destination goes down to its matches. If the round has already closed, it takes you to the list of rounds so that the administration can decide the next step.
Various events
When ambiguity exists, Now avoid choosing arbitrarily: displays a counter and leads to the related list for the user to select the correct event.
Pending notifications
Unread notices are incorporated as their own card, with access to the filtered history. They can include friend requests, invitations, and other social tasks.
