This process explains how an identity relates to an organization and how that relationship goes from a simple visible reference to a real belonging, representation or management capacity.
Member
Request to join or respond to an invitation and review your organizations from the active profile.
Organization
Invite, accept, reject and manage compatible members, respecting the quotas and permissions of your plan.
Administration
Monitors hierarchies and resolves exceptions without replacing the organization's ordinary decision.
Property and representation
- An organization can be a public reference, functional owner or institutional framework of a tournament.
- That conditions how memberships, related profiles and recurring activity are read.
- Event legitimacy improves when this layer is well represented.
Continuity and reuse
- Hierarchies support templates, repeatable formats, and activity memory.
- They help explain why activity does not depend only on individual profiles.
- They give a more professional reading of the project to allies, coordination and the press.
Memberships and institutional invitations
Institutional belonging does not remain a visual statement. The platform allows the relationship between an identity and an organization to have a clear path: request incorporation, receive an invitation, accept, reject and read the status of that relationship at all times.
Onboarding Request
- A compatible person or profile can enter the organization and request to join when there is still no previous relationship.
- The organization receives that request and can review it before approving or rejecting it.
- While it is resolved, the relationship is understood as pending and not as already consolidated membership.
Invitation from the organization
- The organization itself can invite compatible profiles when it needs to build or expand its institutional community.
- The invitation comes as a formal incorporation proposal, not as a simple mention or link.
- The invited profile can accept or reject, and the organization retains visibility of the status as long as that decision remains open.
Members Tab
The organization concentrates registrations, invitations, requests and membership statuses in one place. This makes it easier to see who is already part of the club or federation and who is still in the process.
Compatibility and criteria
Not every identity necessarily fits every organization. Reading membership also helps distinguish when an addition makes sense within the institutional structure.
Value to the community
When membership is managed well, the organization stops being just a visible name and begins to be seen as a real community, with members, continuity and its own weight.
What each person sees
- The organization that owns the profile and its delegated administrators can review active, pending, rejected and suspended relationships.
- An external visit should only see active members, so as not to expose internal third party membership processes.
- The profile involved can continue to see the status of their invitation or request even if it has not yet been accepted.
Administrative bar of members
- Both in My Members of the side menu and in the profile tab the same administrative bar appears when the profile can manage its community.
- On the left are the visible selection and the counter; On the right lives the context menu with actions such as invite, accept, reject and suspend.
- The plan quota is read from that same bar and only counts active members, so that the reading is direct and consistent.
